Take the first step and get in touch today. Click here to schedule a free consultation. I’ll answer any questions you have and assure our initial fit feels right to you.
Next we’ll meet for 2-3 sessions to complete an initial evaluation. I want to really get to know you before I begin to intervene, and make sure you are completely comfortable with me. At the end of this phase, I will provide a detailed feedback of what I see being the issues and goals of treatment, along with recommendations and if appropriate, a preliminary diagnosis.
Then, we’ll move on to the counseling phase of treatment, where we’ll typically meet weekly for 55 minutes, likely spreading the sessions out over time. We’ll work on the goals we’ve identified and collaborate to achieve the relief you desire.
Finally, you’ll develop an understanding of how anxiety and other challenges impact you and how to combat them. You will feel able to handle life’s adversities and consistently experience confidence, peace and joy.
