  • I am a Pennsylvania licensed psychologist, and I am also PsyPact authorized to practice telepsychology in 42 participating states.

  • My hourly fee is $200 for a 55 minute therapy session.

  • While I do not participate in any insurance networks, you may be entitled to some out of network reimbursement, depending on your insurance carrier and specific plan. Payment is due at the time of service, and I will provide you with a superbill, reflecting payments made and containing all of the necessary information to submit to your carrier. If you are entitled to reimbursement, it will be sent directly to you.

  • Typically, I meet weekly with patients to start. This helps build a strong rapport and foundation for our work together, and helps us achieve some momentum. As you make progress toward your goals, we will discuss transitioning to less frequent sessions.

  • While I do not prescribe medication, many of my clients use medication to augment counseling. During the initial evaluation process, I will determine if a recommendation for medication is appropriate immediately or potentially in the future. Choosing whether or not to use medication is a personal decision, and we will take the time to carefully assess and choose the most fitting approach for you. If at any point we determine a referral is indicated, I can help connect you to, and with your permission collaborate with, a provider such as a psychiatrist, general practitioner or ob-gyn.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. I will include a Good Faith Estimate with your intake forms.
